We are not only building but discovering web3 together. These projects are leveraging the potential for web3 to create a thriving new abundant future to regenerate our innerselves, others and the earth.

I’ll share a simplified picture of the current state of impact in web3 with the aim to bring a map for those who are curious to jump in, explore, contribute or build something new. For those already building, this may help you identify collaborators and allies to supercharge your mission.

If Web3 is a building under construction, Web3 for good is still under architectural plans. This particular tribe of good humans are working to stir all the energy within crypto to experiment and build towards massive positive impact. As I write this, projects are designing their strategy, crafting season 0 and getting ready for launch. It is the perfect time to jump in and contribute, find your tribe.

Although projects work across different categories and value flows across all interconnected projects, I’ve broken down the system in three layers: (Take a look at previous attempts to map the system)

1. Enablers: Those engineering the infrastructure for others to build on top
2. Conveners: Those who mobilize large networks, organize knowledge and action—combiing human and financial capital coordination
3. Shapers/Pioneers: Those experimenting and building new ways to achieve specific missions within the system.
